Strong relationships are at the core of what we do. From our architects to our on-site workforce, we’ve built skilled, trusted teams who deliver excellent projects year after year.

Our roots go back 20 years; we started out as commercial landlords, building and refurbishing industrial properties for long-term tenants, many of whom are still with us now. Our commercial property arm, Springfall Properties, owns and manages over 400,000 square feet of commercial property, largely in South Wales, with approximately 60 companies as tenants.

Our expansion into domestic housing began in 2014 when our founders, Beth and Chris Withey, purchased land in Dinas Powys and built two houses, one of which became their home. From there, they decided to build more homes under the banner of GHR Developments. With Beth bringing her expert eye to the interiors and Chris managing the teams, the business grew fast and has now created dozens of developments ranging in size from two to 14 houses.

Under our new name of Foxhill Homes, we are now also taking on larger projects, starting with 90 new homes as part of a 350-home development on a 40-acre site in Caerphilly. At the same time, we continue to enjoy creating smaller, bespoke developments in carefully selected locations.

We create distinctive homes with a contemporary feel, designed and constructed with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality. Beth continues to bring her vision to the interiors, with Chris overseeing the developments and our trusted site manager Shaun keeping everything running smoothly at ground level and providing quality assurance. We have our own construction team and pride ourselves on delivering consistent results with every development.

With strong roots in South Wales, we’ve built houses across the region, carefully selecting our sites based on whether we would want to live there. We are now expanding further afield and will continue to do so, based on the appeal and potential of individual sites and projects.

We also make sure that our presence in an area has a positive impact on local communities for instance at ‘The Hawthorns’, an 80-space public car park will be provided for the historic market town of Wotton-under-Edge.
